Where are your products made? - They are created in our formulating studio in Texas, USA. Everything is made fresh, so your order will not be created until it is received and then, it is mailed the next business day.

I have been allergic to many ingredients in the past. Can I use your products? – Each product has a complete list of ingredients shown on the website. This way you can spot those items that irritate your skin; so please do not use a product that contain those ingredients. However, if redness, rash or irritation does occur, discontinue use of that product and consult your physician.

What are your shipping policies? – We use USPS Priority Mail, which means that you would normally receive your order in two to three business days For orders under $100, there is a $10 shipping charge. For orders of $100 or more, there is free shipping.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we do. Again, we use USPS Priority Mail, which means that you would normally receive your order six to ten business days. For orders under $200, there is a $20 shipping charge. For orders of $200 or more, there is free shipping. Customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes in their countries.

What is your return policy? – All sales are final. If your product was damaged during delivery, you may send it back, with receipt, within 10 days for exchange. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Before returning any item please email customer service at
